Under the direction of

participate in step by step,
hands-on tuition in the
Culinary Academy's state of
the art training kitchen.
Class sizes will be limited
to ten people.
Masterclasses run from 1pm
to 6.30pm on Saturdays and

Culinary Academy apron and
