Gardens, Melbourne, opened
its doors in 1997.
We have 184 rooms located in
the Central Business
District, directly opposite
the Flagstaff Gardens.
Our unique position combines
the scenic views of the
gardens with the convenience
of being a short walk to all
city attractions.
Look back into the history
of the hotel and you'll find
it was previously the
Victorian Police
Headquarters.
Twelve months was spent in
the transformation of the
old Police Headquarters into
the hotel you see today.
By far the hotel's most
unique feature, is the Roof
Top Fitness Centre. The
views from the gymnasium and
Jacuzzi are unsurpassed for
a city hotel, providing
views over Melbourne's
Docklands and beyond to
Williamstown.

The Rooftop Fitness Centre
is the most unique feature
of the Radisson on Flagstaff
Gardens. With views over
Colonial Stadium and across
to Williamstown, our Fitness
Centre will be one of the
busiest in Melbourne.
The Rooftop Fitness Centre
includes treadmills,
stepping machines, exercise
bikes, rowing machines, an
incline bench and dumbbells,
complimented by a large
Jacuzzi and Steam room.
The Fitness Centre is open
exclusively for our guest's
use and is open from 6.00am
until 11.00pm daily.

Meeting & Events
With three fully equipped,
fully serviced and catered
business meeting facilities
and a team of dedicated
support staff ready and
willing to cater for your
every need, the Radisson on
Flagstaff Gardens really
does mean business.
Located on the Hotel's first
floor, our function rooms
include a permanent
executive boardroom for up
to 10 people, a 50 square
metre dedicated meeting room
(ideal for training and
small seminars), and a 100
square metre sub-divisible
meeting room.
Just outside, there's a
pre-function area of 130
square metres. Our
conference facilities can
accommodate up to 80 people.
Our Executive Assistant
looks after all our guest's
business needs through our
business centre located on
the ground level.
Services include typing,
faxing, photocopying, and
any secretarial assistance
needed. The Business Centre
is open from 9.00am to
5.00pm; however, the
Concierge can usually
provide basic Business
Centre services outside
these hours.
