The Hotel has engaged the services of leading interior design firm - Perrott Lyon Mathieson - to coordinate the makeover, working with the Carlton Crest's newly appointed General Manager, Frank Delli Cicchi and property owners to create a style that reflects 21st century needs with comfort and style.

From the end of May through to early September, eight floors and corridors will undergo a magic makeover. With very little heavy construction work involved, the impact on guests staying during the time will be minimal.

The outcome will be sensational. The creation of a contemporary and tasteful environment in which guests can relax or do business.

Carlton Lounge
Located within the Atrium of the Grand Foyer, enjoy the comfort of the lounge with friends or meet up with business colleagues, indulge yourself with the latest selection of cocktails or sit back and enjoy some great Australian wines.

Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in our Carlton Lounge and enjoy a drink or a snack from our new snack menu. Listen to the smooth sounds of our Jazz duo on Saturday evening.

Windows On The Park
Expect to enjoy yourself. Experience the excellent cuisine and service offered by Windows On The Park restaurant, overlooking the beautiful Albert Park Lake.

With each changing season, the award winning culinary team under the guidance of Executive Chef, Regis Marteau, selects menus which utilise the finest produce available. The menus are carefully planned with every consideration to even the finest of detail. Our staff invite you to sample the delights of Windows On The Park either for an á la carte meal or one of our extensive buffets.

Expect to feel completely relaxed and comfortable in our spacious accommodation, with 374 rooms and luxury suites. Many rooms overlook the stunning Albert Park Lake and beyond to Port Phillip Bay. Ask for a 'lake view' room when you book!

Carlton Club Floor
Located in our main wing on Floors 8 and 9, our Carlton Club Rooms / Suites are all large open plan spacious rooms with King Beds and full ensuite bathroom. Carlton Club rooms have options of views over Albert Park Lake, king sized beds, spas and all the luxuries you would expect of the Carlton Crest Hotel, Melbourne. Our Carlton Club Suites are one or two bedroomed with spas, king beds and options of kitchenettes or balconies.

Superior Room
Located throughout the main 4 star wing of the hotel, our Superior Rooms boast options of single queen or twin (queen/single) bedding with options including lake views, opening windows, sofabeds and single bath spas. Our Superior Suites all have spas (some bath spas, some Jacuzzi spas), with our Central Park Suites having commanding views over Albert Park Lake. Corporate accessible rooms available on request.

Standard
In the original 3 star wing of the Carlton Crest Melbourne, our Standard Rooms have double or single twin bedding, some with sofabeds. Standard Suites have the option of two levels, lake views and apartment styling. Our Rockerfella Suite boasts it's own sauna! Standard rooms and suites still enjoy access to all features of the 4 star main wing of the hotel.
